Fields/Parking:
The address is Wainwright Sports Complex, 125 Gary L Maietta Way, South Portland, ME.
Field map is below. Fields 1-4 will be used for LaxFest and are marked with a blue star. Please park in the main parking lot and only in designated parking areas. Please respect the facility and do not create your own parking.

Rosters:
Clubs will be asked to provide rosters by September 25th to be shared with college coaches. All participants must be US Lacrosse members. Click here for a roster template.

Hotel Rooms:
Maineiax Lacrosse Club has partnered with Travel Team USA/Pse Event Housing to help teams find discounted group rates at local hotels. They will find a hotel that fits your team’s needs! Please contact Gina at gina@travelteamusa.com or 802-881-8452 for this free service.

Vendors/Food:
There is not an ATM on site and we will have food vendors, lacrosse vendors and a gear store so please bring cash if you’d like to purchase anything as some might not accept credit cards! We will have a few of Portland’s best food trucks coming! Since there is limited food on site, we suggest having players and fans bring snacks and lunch if they don’t want to purchase food.

Tentville/Headquarters:
We welcome team tents in the designated area near field 2 where Headquarters, the trainer, vendors and food trucks will be located. Only club/team reps are expected to check-in at Headquarters. Stop by Headquarters to purchase lacrosse gear and participate in our dance offs and raffles throughout the day!

Dogs:
Dogs are allowed on leash only and not allowed on any athletic field area (including fenced in fields, any field lined, or any area that is used for organized activities).

Rules:
Games will be 45 minutes each (22 minute halves) and a 1-minute halftime. There will be no time in between games so all players/teams should exit the field immediately at the conclusion of their game so the next one can begin. Teams should be ready to start their games as the previous game is ending. There are no playoffs for this tournament. At the conclusion of the game, club/team coaches are to confirm that the score is correct and sign the score card at the field table. All games will be played following the 2019 US Lacrosse girls rules, found here: http://www.uslacrosse.org/rules/girls-rules. These rules include checking at all ages.

Social Media:
Follow us on Instagram @maineiaxlacrosse or Facebook (www.facebook.com/maineiaxlacrosse) for all the latest up to date information, news, photos, etc. We will also be having contests and giveaways throughout the day!

Weather:
We are hoping for sun, but as we can’t control the weather, we will play until it becomes a safety concern or if there is thunder or lightning. In these circumstances, all participants and spectators will be asked to make their way back to their cars. We will not resume play for 30 minutes after the last sign of thunder or lightning. In the case that delays occur, games will not pause nor be made up and could be lost due to any severe weather, although we will an attempt to make up a game if possible at the end of the day, if time and light allows it.

College Coaches:
We welcome any college coach to attend to watch players. Please note we will not be offering meal tickets or Front Rush rosters. However, we will ask clubs to provide rosters electronically to be shared with you. Please click here to register.
