2024 Girls Summer Travel Hotels
We encourage families to stay at these hotels so that players/teams can try to be together if possible but it is not required. Sometimes prices are too high due to demand or hotels are far away. We always consider all factors but are often limited based on inventory. Families are welcome to find their own accommodations as well.
Girls Travel Hotels:
The IWLCA tournaments (NE Cup and Capital Cup) are Play To Stay Tournament so we HAVE TO fulfill our hotel blocks in order to participate. Please consider booking at one of these for both NE Cup (all teams) and Capital Cup (Maine Elite teams only):

*this is very close to field (rare find in DE during beach season) but is more expensive. There is another option below.
Cancellation of your reservations made at hotels above must be received by 2:00 pm ET on 06/25/2024, or the hotel will charge an individual cancellation penalty of 1 night’s room plus tax. All changes and cancellations need to be requested directly with the hotel once the individual penalty period begins.

Below are the hotel blocks for the other tournaments. Discounted hotel rates and rooms are typically available until 2-4 weeks prior to the tournament dates. After that time, you will not be guaranteed a room at the team hotel or the group rate. Please make sure that you book your hotel room ASAP to ensure that you are able to stay with the team.
