TOP FLIGHT DETAILS

If you want to be the best, you need to train with the best all year round! Top Flight is a NEW offering that provides a next level training regiment for the most dedicated and elite players in the state. It is meant to push the players that show they have the passion and dedication to their game year round. It focuses on small group training, positional work, strength and conditioning workout plans, nutrition guidance, lacrosse journaling, video breakdown, and small sided play. Top Flight training includes:

  • Top Flight Academy (small group training & positional work)
  • Top Flight Leagues (full field game)
  • Specific strength & conditioning workouts with Prime360
  • Video Analysis
  • Weekly testing with leaderboards
  • Journal keeping
  • Sports Nutrition
  • Sports Recruit Profile

Top Flight Details:
9th-12th grades (2023-2026s)
@ the Maine Athletic Complex
6 week sessions from September – March!

Winter I – High School
2023-2026s, $550
Thursdays, January 5 – February 9, 7:00-9:00 pm – Academy
Saturdays, January 7 – February 11, 10:30-11:30am – League
Sundays, January 8 – February 5, 11:00am-12:00 pm – Box Lacrosse
*Box is included at no cost so players can attend as their schedule fits on the weekends. 

Add on: players can choose to participate in 1 indoor tournament (for an additional $75) on Feb. 12th in Taunton, MA. High school players would miss the first Sunday of World Cup. 

Winter I – Middle School
2027-2028s, $425
Saturdays, January 7 – February 11, 9:00-10:30am – Academy + League
Sundays, January 8 – February 5, 10:00-11:00 am – Box Lacrosse 

Add on: players can choose to participate in 1 indoor tournament (for an additional $75) on Feb. 12th in Taunton, MA. 

PROGRAM NOTES

  • Maineiax does not prorate the cost for a missed practice or for not being able to participate in a full program.
  • Maineiax reserves the right to change a program at any point or move players to a different program during the session based on skill level and/or attendance numbers.
  • US Lacrosse membership is required for all players for insurance and liability purposes, no exceptions.
