Women’s League is a weekly pick up game where players will play a full field live pick up game for 55 minutes after a quick warmup. Players should be ready to play! This program is designed to help get players stick and stamina in top shape in the off season. The hour includes playing a live game with high-intensity reps, lots of touches with the ball and fast-paced action on the field while also working on speed, stick skills, and game awareness. This is a pick up game so teams will be at random each week with no coaching and will include college players and some top high school players.
